1. Returns and Refunds Eligibility:
- You can initiate a return or request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Request a Refund:
- To begin the return or refund process, please contact our team by emailing sales@riptechrc.co.uk.
- Include your order number and provide details about why you want to return the product or request a refund.
- Our Customer Support Team will guide you through the process, including issuing a Return Authorization ID if necessary.
3. Return Shipping:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective or item missing parts. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- For your protection, we recommend using a traceable shipping method and keeping a record of the shipping details as we would not be liable for returns in transit.
4. Inspection and Refund Processing:
- Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
- Once the inspection is complete and the return is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method you used for the purchase.
- Please allow 2 - 5 business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing time.
- All refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
